Everything for your personal Music Production and Independent CD Releases

Larry Williams has been playing guitar since the age of six and has been performing in bands since the age of thirteen.  He was a private guitar instructor in the Pittsburgh, PA area for about eight years, and ramped up to over 45 students per week.

After attending the University of Pittsburgh's music program, he graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Theory and Composition.  He went on to study Film Scoring at Duquense University's graduate school.

He then attended the world-famous
Musician's Institute (Guitar program) in Hollywood on their one-year program and earned a certificate there as well.

He then began a recording engineer career at a professional 24-track facility in Hollywood, starting as a second engineer and working his way up to handling sessions on his own.

The studio was sold after a period of time and so he put together a series of cover bands and took them on the road, honing his chops playing six nights a week.

He has also performed with Maxine Nightingale as her guitarist for over a year.  He has shared the stage with many notables such as Edgar Winter, David Campbell, Karen Black, Peter Schless, Thad and Liana Corea (with Chick sitting in once), as well as having done numerous sessions as a guitarist for others.

Always an arranger and often the musical director in many of the bands, he is usually found directing the spotlight to others and orchestrating behind-the-scenes activities.  He has been writing jazz, pop, and country tunes for many years, and has written a film score for an independantly produced movie as well as two theme songs for TV pilots.

He has been devoting most of his time to songwriting.  He is a member of the
NSAI (Nashville Songwriters Assoc. Int'l) and is a BMI-affiliated writer.  He currently works with several co-writers while producing solo artists in his home-based studio.

He has most recently been spending some time at
www.jpfolks.com (over 21,000 songwriter/members) as the moderator of the "Recording Studio and Gear" forum as well as the "Guitar" forum.  Check out the site - It's great for all songwriters.

Terry Williams, who is a business manager and financial manager for several celebrities, also has her hand in the success of Audible Response.  She is the business manager for the studio and occasionally can even be seen performing piano or synth parts for some of the tunes recorded there.
